Every Rocket® store location accepts the Rocket CREW® card powered by KickBack® Points. You can also find a complete listing of our Rocket® store locations on the Rocket® stores website or find the closest location to you by visiting the “Locations” tab at the bottom of the Rocket® Stores app.

You can visit any of our Rocket® store locations as many times as you want. You can earn points on any qualifying transaction.

You can always see how many points you just earned and your new updated point balance on the bottom of your receipt anytime you use your Rocket CREW® card. You can also check your account balance at any time by looking under the “My CREW Card” tab in the Rewards section of the Rocket® Stores app.

Your card must be enrolled before you can spend your points. When you are ready to spend your points, notify the Rocket® Team Member that you would like to redeem your points when you go to the register to check out.

All points you have accumulated will be applied up to the total amount of the sale. There are no minimum requirements for point redemptions.

Yes. If you have multiple cards or want to transfer all your points from your KickBack® Points card to your Rocket CREW® card, please call the customer service number on the back of your card. After answering a few security questions, your points and transaction history from your various cards will be transferred to your new Rocket CREW® card.
