What methods of mobile wallet payment can I use in the Rocket® Stores app?
We want to make your in-app payment experience quick and seamless. Using the Rocket® Stores app allows you to pay for your instore and fuel purchases via:
- Mobile pay (linked to your preferred checking account)
- Credit Card
- Apple Pay (outdoor fuel only) / Google Pay
How do I change my checking account in Mobile Pay?
Please email Direct Pay at directpaysupport@bimnetworks.com or contact them by phone at 1(844) 272-6616 to change your account information.
If I have a problem with my credit or debit account, who do I contact?
Your card-issuing bank.

Why did my QR code time out during a purchase in the store?
The QR code can be used when completing your purchase with any form of mobile wallet payment. If it appears that the QR code is not working, please hit the GENERATE code button immediately prior to the cashier scanning your code to refresh.
Where can I use mobile pay?
You can use mobile pay at participating Rocket® Stores locations. That means you can use mobile pay at our:

What is mobile pay? Why is it asking for my driver’s license or personal information?
Mobile pay is an ACH debit product that allows you to link your checking account for payment via your mobile wallet. This is a secure form of payment as no account details are exchanged during a purchase. This feature utilizes resources to ensure that the information you entered is correct; that you are actually you.

Why can’t I sign in?
Did you sign in using the correct app account login and password? You will need to register for an app account to use the mobile app features and to access and benefit from the full list of the Rocket CREW® loyalty promotions and offers. To create an app account, go to the Sign-Up screen and follow all instructions.
How do I make sure my apps are working at their best?
Close your apps daily and restart your phone weekly. Check for updates to make sure you are using the latest version of your operating system and your apps. Make sure your “Location” and “Cellular Data” are turned on in your phone settings for the desired apps.
Why am I not receiving a discount?
Check the paper receipt details in the Rocket® Stores app to be sure that you did not receive the discount. Click history, then transaction, then view paper receipt. If you find that you did not receive a mobile pay discount, please call Consumer Services 1 (800) 527-5476 available 8-5 CST M-F.

What is the Rocket CREW® powered by KickBack® Points program?
It is a Rocket® store customer appreciation program. Purchases made at Rocket® stores earn members redeemable points and chances to win valuable prizes and free items. Visitwww.rocketstores.com/rocket-crew for more details.*

What are the requirements for enrolling in the Rocket CREW® program?
Simply provide us with your complete and accurate enrollment information. Make sure to add your mobile payment method to unlock all your membership benefits and deals.
How soon after I’ve signed up can I start earning points?
Pick up your free Rocket CREW® powered by KickBack® Points card at any participating Rocket® store location and immediately earn points on your first purchase!* Download the Rocket® Stores app to track your points balance, club status, and gain access to app-exclusive deals.

Are my KickBack® Points still good at Rocket® store locations?
YES! You can still earn and spend KickBack® Points at participating Rocket® stores. Even though the card looks different, you are still earning KickBack® Points. Any KickBack® Points card can be used at participating Rocket® store locations.

How do I update my account information?
You can update your account information by calling Kickback® Rewards at 1 (888) 339-7064; Monday-Friday 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST. You can also log into your account from the KickBack® Points homepage and update your account information.
Can I combine my Rocket CREW® account with my regular KickBack Points cards?
If you have point balances accumulated on multiple KickBack® Points or Rocket CREW® cards that you would like to have combined into one account, please call KickBack® Rewards Customer Service Department at 1 (888) 339-7064. Monday-Friday 5:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST.
How do I find Rocket® store locations that offer points earning and redemption?
Every Rocket® store location accepts the Rocket CREW card powered by KickBack® Points. You can also find a complete listing of our Rocket® store locations on the Rocket® stores website or find the closest location to you by visiting the “Locations” tab at the bottom of the Rocket® Stores app.
How often can I visit a Rocket® store location and earn points?
You can visit any of our Rocket® store locations as many times as you want. You can earn points on any qualifying transaction.
How can I find my current rewards points balance?
You can always see how many points you just earned and your new updated point balance on the bottom of your receipt anytime you use your Rocket CREW® card. You can also check your account balance at any time by looking under the “My CREW Card” tab in the Rewards section of the Rocket® Stores app.
How do I spend my accumulated Rocket CREW® points?
Your card must be enrolled before you can spend your points. When you are ready to spend your points, notify the Rocket® Team Member that you would like to redeem your points when you go to the register to check out.
All points you have accumulated will be applied up to the total amount of the sale. There are no minimum requirements for point redemptions.

Rocket® cares about your privacy. Can I combine KickBack® Points from my other cards to my new Rocket CREW® card account?
Yes. If you have multiple cards or want to transfer all your points from your KickBack® Points card to your Rocket CREW® card, please call the customer service number on the back of your card. After answering a few security questions, your points and transaction history from your various cards will be transferred to your new Rocket CREW card.
